Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in the transport price?:
The rates listed on this page include, in addition to the transportation of the requested products, their packaging in boxes specially designed to transport the material, insurance against loss or damage, and VAT for territories where the tax applies.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?:
In mainland Spain, orders typically take between 4 and 5 business days to be delivered after dispatch. Shipments to the Balearic Islands and other European countries usually take between 5 and 7 days, while shipments to the Canary Islands will be delivered between 8 and 12 working days after the order is dispatched.
If the order cannot be dispatched due to stock shortages, we will contact the customer to arrange a new delivery date, change, or cancellation of the order with a refund via the payment method used.
What happens if the material is damaged during transport?:
If the material is damaged during transport, Parashop.es will take the necessary steps to recover all products from your order and will resend all the products in full. If you notice any wet boxes or suspect damage upon receiving the order, do not accept the delivery, and contact us by phone or email so we can handle the issue. (sales@flyfoxing.com)
Can I request a specific delivery time or be notified before the delivery?:
As a general rule, no. The contracted conditions are for a standard (non-urgent) service, economical, with delivery during the day, Monday to Friday, and without prior notice. While most agencies can accommodate a delivery only in the morning or only in the afternoon, this is not always possible, and the agency is not obligated to fulfill such requests. We recommend providing an address where someone is always available during the day to ensure the delivery on the first attempt.
What if I’m not home when the carrier arrives?:
In that case, the carrier will leave a note with a phone number you can call to request, if possible, a new delivery attempt or arrange a pick-up at their warehouse. It’s important to note that the number of delivery attempts depends on the carrier in each country and can vary by area. In some destinations, they may only attempt delivery once. It is essential that someone is always present at the specified address during the day to ensure delivery on the first attempt.
Do I need to pay anything to the transport company?:
Shipping is included in the total price of the order. If you paid by credit card or PayPal, you do not need to pay the carrier anything, except for orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or any non-EU country, where import duties and local taxes will be paid by the customer.
